Cabinets and Countertops · Spring Grove, PA
Kitchen cabinets and countertops generally need no building permit because they count as finishes, but moving a sink or adding a circuit does. Custom pieces often need a second fitting, so ask how many visits the price covers. Walls in older kitchens are seldom square, so ask whether the installer scribes cabinets to the wall or relies on filler strips.
