Cabinets and Countertops · Dover, PA
Swapping cabinets and countertops is finish work the state code generally exempts from a building permit. Moving a sink, a gas line or an outlet is different, because altering plumbing, gas or electrical systems needs a permit and an inspection. Ask the installer who handles those hookups in Dover, whether they pull the permits, and check with the borough office since local rules still apply.
