Privacy Policy

The short version: this site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies of its own. The only personal information we collect is what you type into one of our forms.

What We Collect

If you use the form on the Get Listed page or the contact page, we receive what you enter, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address and message. We use it to reply to you, to add, correct or remove listings, and to set up any upgrade you ask about. We don't sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers.

What We Don't Collect

We don't use Google Analytics or any other analytics service, advertising pixels, retargeting, or session recording. Browsing the directory doesn't require an account, and we don't build profiles of visitors.

Outside Services the Site Relies On

A few services handle parts of the site for us. Each one receives the technical information any website receives when your browser connects to it, such as your IP address and browser type.

• Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs to run and protect the service.
• Forms. Our forms are provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector) and load only on the Get Listed and contact pages. What you submit is stored in our HighLevel account. The form service may set cookies needed for the form to work.
• Maps. Map images on listing pages are loaded from OpenStreetMap's tile servers.
• Payments. If you pay for an upgrade, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. We don't see or store your full card number.

Links to Google, business websites and social media sites take you to those sites, where their own privacy policies apply.

Business Information

Listings are made from publicly available business information: business name, address, phone, website, hours, services and Google ratings. We don't publish personal information about private individuals. A business owner can ask us to correct or remove a listing at any time, free.

How Long We Keep Form Submissions

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep the listing accurate. You can ask us to delete yours.

Your Choices

To see, correct or delete what you've sent us, use the contact form and tell us what you'd like done.

Children

This site is meant for adults hiring contractors. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We'll say so here before we add analytics or any tracking.
