Accessibility Statement
Last updated October 9, 2026
We want everyone who needs a contractor to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What We Do
- Pages use real headings, lists and landmarks, so screen readers can move through them.
- Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the menu closes with the Escape key.
- Text is sized to be readable and set in colors chosen for contrast against the background.
- Phone numbers, hours and services are written out as text, not shown only in images.
- Business logos and images carry text alternatives.
- Nothing plays sound or moves on its own.
- Layouts adjust for phones and for zoomed-in text.
Known Limits
- Map images on listing pages are pictures. The address is always written out as text next to them, with a link for directions.
- The forms on the Get Listed and contact pages come from an outside provider, so we have less control over them. If a form doesn't work for you, tell us another way you'd like to be reached and we'll make it work.
- Business information comes from public sources and from the businesses themselves, and some logos may not have a useful description.
Report a Problem
If something on the site is hard to use, use the contact form and tell us the page and what went wrong. We read every report and work to fix it.
