Cabinets and Countertops · Hanover, PA
Cabinets and countertops on their own usually need no building permit in Pennsylvania, but moving the sink, adding circuits or taking out a wall does. Kitchens in older houses rarely have square walls or level floors, so ask the installer to measure after demolition, not before, and to explain how filler strips and scribed panels will close the gaps.
