Flooring and Tile · Dallastown, PA
Subfloors decide most flooring bids. A floor that has settled or flexes needs leveling or new underlayment before tile or laminate goes down. None of the flooring companies listed here are based in the borough, so ask whether the price covers removing and hauling the old floor. Some older sheet flooring and its backing can contain asbestos, so have it tested before it comes up.
