Chimney and Fireplace · York, PA
Masonry chimneys on older houses take the worst of about 120 freezing nights a year, as water in the joints freezes and thaws over and over. Many old chimneys now vent a gas furnace or water heater and need a liner sized for it. Ask whether the inspection includes a camera look inside the flue.
