Septic Services · Hanover, PA
Permits for a new or repaired on-lot system come from the municipality's Sewage Enforcement Officer, who runs the soil and perc tests but can't design the system. In neighboring Penn Township, that officer works for Group Hanover, Inc. Ask who will draw the design, and know that a septic inspection at a home sale is voluntary in Pennsylvania, not required.
