Painters · Hanover, PA
Most of Hanover's homes predate 1980, so many painting jobs here disturb layers that may hold lead. EPA's lead-safe rules cover paid work that disturbs paint in homes built before 1978, and that includes work for landlords. Ask for the firm's EPA lead-safe certification and how the crew contains dust and paint chips when scraping old clapboard and trim.
