Wildlife Removal · York County
Bats and squirrels in attics, raccoons in chimneys and groundhogs under porches and sheds make up most of the wildlife calls. Stink bugs move into houses in September and October looking for a gap, and termites, present across Pennsylvania, swarm in spring. Older houses with open gaps at the eaves and loose soffits give animals more ways in.
Ask whether the company seals entry points or only traps, and what the warranty covers. Any firm applying pesticides needs a Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture business license and a certified applicator, both searchable online. Exclusion, caulking gaps and repairing screens, does more against stink bugs than spraying.
Trapping the raccoon is half the job. If nobody closes the hole, another raccoon has the address by spring.
