Pool Builders · York, PA
Room for an in-ground pool is scarce in the city, where detached houses are about a fifth of homes, so hot tubs and spas make up a good part of what these builders list. Pools holding 24 inches of water or more and hot tubs need a building permit. Ask about fencing and access before signing.
