General Contractors and Remodelers · Wrightsville, PA
Porch work is where a remodel meets the permit rules. Enclosing a porch, roofing over one, or building a deck more than 30 inches off the ground needs a building permit. Ask who pulls it, and get the scope, price, payment schedule and start date in writing, which state law requires on home improvement jobs over $500. Nearly all the remodelers listed are based in town.
