General Contractors and Remodelers · Spring Grove, PA
Remodeling an older house usually means opening walls built long before current codes, and about a third of the town's homes predate 1940. Federal lead-safe rules apply to paid work that disturbs paint in homes built before 1978, so ask for the firm's EPA certification. Most of the remodelers listed here are based in town. Check their PA Attorney General registration number on the contract.
