Demolition · Dover, PA
A whole-house teardown needs a permit under the state code, and so can a large garage or outbuilding, so check with the Dover Borough office before the excavator shows up. Ask whether the price covers the dumpster, hauling and backfill, who arranges utility shutoffs, and whether the crew handles asbestos testing first on an older structure.
