Landscaping and Lawn Care · New Freedom, PA
Patios and walls count as home improvement under state law when they are on a home's adjacent land, so a landscaper doing $5,000 or more of that work a year must register with the Attorney General. The exemption covers only landscapers limited to Plant Pest Act services. Retaining walls over 4 feet need a building permit. Aeration and overseeding show up among the services listed here.
